How it works
The first two are free and you can stop there with something useful. What follows is the part that only works if you come back, so here is exactly what it asks of you.
First 10 seconds
No account, no email. You get the measured AI exposure for your occupation, what share of its tasks are already being done with AI, and the Canadian labour outlook for it. Three questions about your seniority, your work mix and how far your employer has actually got will adjust that number up or down.
You end up with. A cited read on your role, and a number that is yours rather than the headline average.
The next 7 minutes
It is parsed into core competencies, sub-skills, and accomplishments carrying the metrics you wrote down. Then a short placement question and six adaptive ones put you on the AI spectrum. Then a handful of tiles about how you like to work. You correct anything the parser got wrong as you go.
You end up with. Your Skills Constellation, an AI level with a name, and a read-back of how you work.
Day one, after that
You rate each one 1 to 5 and choose three to focus on. The product shows you what evidence it holds for each, and says plainly where it holds none — Wellbeing and Financial Health have no signal behind them and are labelled self-reported rather than dressed up.
You end up with. Three chosen pillars and a first rung of about twenty minutes under each.
Week one
The ladders are ordered so the first rung is small and real: generate your profile, write one accomplishment so it reads to someone who was never in the room, publish. If you connect the product to your own Claude or ChatGPT, logging a piece of real AI work happens mid-task rather than as homework.
You end up with. A published profile at your own URL, and the first evidence that is not self-assessed.
Day 30
You re-score. This time each pillar shows movement against last time rather than a standing number. The capability pillars only count as cleared if your rating actually moved — doing the activity is not enough on its own, which is deliberate and stops the ladder rewarding busywork.
You end up with. A delta per pillar, and a new focus three if the old ones are done.
Around month three
The occupation data behind your original exposure read is refreshed as the underlying research is. Your own record has three cycles of movement in it. This is the point at which the thing is worth something the first sitting could not give you, and it is also the point most people would have stopped if nothing had asked them to come back.
You end up with. A record of what you have actually owned, in a form that leaves with you.
