Who this is for

The commercial operating layer

The people who find demand, create demand, serve customers, and measure it. Four functions, eighteen occupations — the most exposed coherent slice of a 342-occupation dataset, and the one where the work most visibly moves rather than simply disappears.

This is a narrow claim on purpose. Every other occupation in the directory is measured and published with the same care, and is not what this product is built for.

Segments

The four

  • Marketing & Content

The routine half of marketing work is being automated; the durable half is owning the system that now does it.

  • Sales & Revenue

The queue-working half of sales is being automated; the durable half is owning the system that works the queue.

  • Customer Service & Support

The routine queue is being automated away; what survives sits upstream of it — deciding what the agent handles, what it draws on, and where it hands over.

  • Analysis & Insight

Value moves from producing the analysis to certifying it: knowing where the model fails, owning what the numbers mean, and catching output that is confidently wrong before it reaches a decision.

  • Finance & Accounting

The routine layer is being automated; what survives is ownership of the judgement and the evidence — the part a model can produce but cannot be accountable for.
