05AI Assistant Connector
If you connect Fractional Manager to an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, the assistant signs in to your account with your permission and can call a small set of tools. We receive only what the assistant passes to a tool: for example the name of a workflow, how a run went, or a short summary of work you asked it to log. We cannot read your conversation with the assistant, and we do not ask the assistant to send it.
What you log is stored in your account as a learning log entry and used to show your progress. It is not shown to other members or on your public profile. The connector makes no AI calls of its own. Your conversation is handled by the assistant's provider under their own privacy terms. You can disconnect at any time in the assistant or under Settings in Fractional Manager.
06Data Retention
We keep your account data, including anything logged through the AI assistant connector, for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, assessments, learning log and logged work are deleted with it.
07Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@fractionalmanager.org.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
