A sample cycle. The ringed three are the ones this person chose to focus on; the arrows are movement since their last assessment.

What it actually does

The parts you will use

  1. 1

Eleven pillars, from Identity & Positioning through to Financial Health

  2. 2

Self-rated 1 to 5, with up to three chosen as your focus

  3. 3

An action ladder per pillar whose first rung takes about twenty minutes

  4. 4

A delta against your last cycle, so you see movement rather than a standing score

  5. 5

    A 30-day cycle

Being straight with you

What it won't do

Wellbeing and Financial Health carry no product signal, so they stay self-reported and are labelled that way. Capability pillars only clear when your rating actually moved — deliberately, because otherwise the ladder rewards busywork.

Every feature page here carries one of these. A product that has nothing it cannot do has not been described honestly, and you would find out later anyway.

See it with your own record in it

The first two acts are free and take about seven minutes. Nothing here is worth much until it is describing you rather than a sample.
