Founding Partner: AI Trainer (sales, marketing, finance, HR, data or operations)
Remote, Canada · Contract · Partner role, not salaried
This is a founding partner role, not a salaried job. You keep teaching your own sessions, with your own content and your own fees. Fractional Manager is where your trainees keep practising after your session ends. Founding partners: your first cohort is free.
Your training ends on Friday. Their practice doesn't.
Fractional Manager keeps your trainees working with AI on real tasks for 90 days after your session, and gives you the results to win your next client.
The problem we solve for trainers
- Trainees forget: a good workshop fades within weeks when nobody uses it on Monday.
- The relationship ends: when the room empties, so does your contact with the people you trained.
- Every client starts from zero: testimonials show that people liked the day, not what changed afterwards.
What you get
- A cohort space with your name on it. Trainees join your cohort by invitation, so you look established from your first session.
- Practice that continues. Trainees run workflows for their own role, on real work, inside the AI assistant they already use.
- A progress view. See who is active and which workflows each person ran, and keep private notes on each trainee.
- Results you can quote. Cohort totals you can put in a proposal: how many people kept practising, and how often.
- A reason to stay in touch. Offer a follow-up session to the people who are using it, or keep them on as continuing clients.
How it works: ninety days of practice, included
- Day 0, your session. In the last half hour, each trainee signs in, accepts your invitation and saves the one workflow they will use on Monday.
- Weeks 1 to 4, first habits. They run workflows on real work. Fractional Manager logs each run and gives simple coaching on what to try next.
- Weeks 5 to 12, you stay involved. You check the progress view, reach out to anyone who has gone quiet, and offer a follow-up if it helps.
- Day 90, their choice. They stay with you as a continuing client, keep everything on the free plan, or pay for Pro themselves, and you earn a share of Pro for the first year. Nobody is locked out and nothing is deleted.
What you see, and what you never see
- You see: their name, role and last active date; which workflows they ran and how often; your own private notes; cohort totals.
- You never see: their CV, their salary, their personal or wellbeing answers, what they typed into their assistant, or anything after they withdraw.
Each trainee decides what you see and can withdraw it at any time. The account is theirs, even when you or an employer paid.
Who this is for
- Practitioners who teach AI for the field they worked in: sales, marketing, finance, HR, data or operations
- Trainers who run team sessions for employers
- Mentors who host a paid cohort or community over several weeks
Not a fit
- Courses about a single tool's features, with no tie to a job
- Programmes that promise jobs, salaries or certificates
- Training companies with their own platform
Our founder trains in sales, marketing, go-to-market and customer service, and runs those as our house programme. We are looking for partners in every other field first, and we don't run training in your field while we are recruiting partners in it.
First live day: Kitchener-Waterloo, late November 2026
One day, three trainers, three fields, and a hands-on lab. Every attendee leaves with their practice set up and 90 days included. Founding partners get a slot at a live day within six months.
Straight answers
- Will you send me clients? Not yet, and we won't pretend to. What we give you now is proof of results and a reason for trainees to stay in touch.
- Can I bring my own content? Yes. We don't sell courses and we don't edit yours.
- What does it cost after the founding cohort? We will agree that with founding partners before anyone pays anything.
